Where are your furniture stores located?

We have two store locations:

Warrnambool – 143 Fairy Street
Hamilton – 88 Brown Street

Both of our furniture shops are fully stocked with a broad range of pieces, and our friendly team is available to help you choose what’s right for your space.

What are your opening hours?

Warrnambool Store:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Hamilton Store:
Monday to Friday: 9:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 12:30pm
Sunday: Closed

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery services from both our Warrnambool and Hamilton furniture stores. Delivery charges vary depending on location and item size. Ask in-store or call us to get an estimate based on your order.

Do you offer lay-by?

Yes, lay-by is available with a deposit and regular payments. The full amount must be paid within three months. This is a convenient way to secure the furniture you love while spreading out your payments.

Do you offer interest-free finance?

Yes, we offer interest-free finance in-store, subject to approval. It’s an easy way to get the furniture you need now and pay over time. Visit us or call to find out how to apply.

Do you assemble the furniture?

Yes, most of our furniture can be assembled for you. Please ask us at the time of purchase, as some items may include this service while others may incur a small fee.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your furniture, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a solution.

How do I care for my furniture?

We provide care instructions with most products. Our team can also give you tips in-store to help you protect your investment and get the most out of your bedroom furniture, lounge suites, mattresses and dining furniture.

How can you offer cheap furniture that is such good quality?

Is there a compromise on quality by offering cheap furniture?

Absolutely not. At Homeflair and Knock on Wood, we take pride in offering quality, durable and stylish furniture that is affordable. By cheap furniture we mean our prices are kept low to be competitive with other furniture stores, but those prices in no way reflect the quality of the home furniture range that customers appreciate.

Do you offer advice on choosing comfortable mattresses?

The trained and experienced staff at Warrnambool Knock on Wood and Homeflair Hamilton know a lot about mattresses and can guide you in selecting the one that will give you the best night’s sleep. We can also offer mattresses at the most competitive prices through our link with the Beds R Us store.

How does your custom-made furniture offer work?

It’s simple, if you have a design in mind for a piece of furniture then we can help you make it happen. You might have been inspired by furniture pieces you spotted in a magazine or in other furniture stores, and want to put your own take on the design. Our store has a fully qualified furniture maker with many years of experience who can custom-build your dream home furniture piece.
